This motor comes with a new prop and the keyswitch harness. No controls.
Controls stay on the boat .
Pumps water great starts easily and idles great. Cannot ask for a better deal!
Thus motor is electric start , manual trim. Can be pull started too but because it has a charging system must always be attached to a 12 v battery while running.
