    • Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For larger engines, freight shipping will apply, and estimated costs will be provided.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. This includes preparing the engine for shipment, including necessary documentation and packaging.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Domestic: Estimated delivery times for domestic shipments vary based on destination.For other Country, it may take 10-20 business days or more, depending on accessibility.

    • International: International delivery times vary significantly based on destination country, customs clearance, and shipping method. We will provide an estimated transit time with your shipping quote.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

2. Domestic Shipping

  • LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight: Most marine engines will be shipped via LTL freight due to their size and weight. This means your engine will be delivered on a pallet and may require special offloading equipment at the destination.

  • Residential vs. Commercial Delivery:

    • Commercial Address: Delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift access is preferred for larger engines.

    • Residential Address: For residential deliveries, curbside delivery is standard. The delivery driver is generally not responsible for moving the engine beyond the curb. You may need to arrange for additional assistance or equipment to move the engine from the delivery truck to your desired location. Some carriers offer "liftgate service" for residential deliveries at an additional cost, which helps lower the engine from the truck to the ground. Please inquire if this service is needed.

  • Delivery Appointment: For freight shipments, the carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment at the scheduled time.

3. International Shipping

  • Quotation Required: Due to the complexity of international marine engine shipments (customs, duties, taxes, specific freight requirements), all international orders require a custom shipping quote.   • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

    • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an international order.

  • Documentation: We will provide necessary export documentation. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the engine can be legally imported into their country and to provide any additional required import documentation.

  • Palletization & Crating: For international shipments, engines will be securely crated or palletized to ensure maximum protection during transit.

4. Important Delivery Instructions & Inspection

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: It is crucial that you carefully inspect the engine and its packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the delivery.

  • Document Damage:

    • If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the engine itself, make detailed notes on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) before the driver leaves.

    • Take clear photographs of the damage, including the packaging and the specific areas of the engine affected.

  • Acceptance: Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage indicates that you received the product in good condition and may limit your ability to file a claim later.
