V6 2 stroke with a 20 inch shaft oil injected outboard motor with power trim.
Recently acquired from a local Suzuki dealer
This motor was recently fired up for the first
time a week ago and has about 20 minutes of run time
and never had fuel thru it until that time.
Everything checked out as it should.
All compression numbers are solid and the motor runs excellent.
The power trim works works as it should as well
It pumps good water but I would definitely install a new water pump
It does have a few small bumps and scratches but overall shows as new
It comes with original controls that match the motor (see pics)

1999 Suzuki DT140 140 hp 2-Stroke. Engine runs and shifts well. 25" shaft length. Unknown hours. Electric start with power trim and tilt.control are available with nice price. Engine is in decent shape cosmetically, it does have scrapes, scratches, paint flake, minor cracks in cowlings etc... Compression is 120-120-120-110 in all four cylinders. Prop is included however it is in fair condition. You are welcome to survey the engine if you choose to have it surveyed prior to purchase. P

The new DF300AP also incorporates Suzuki Selective Rotation. By strengthening the lower unit’s forward and reverse gearing our engineers have designed a lower unit that will run in either right or left rotation. This world first feature was recognised with the 2012 NMMA Innovation Award.
